We see after every season how people turn on players in the recent years after giving them so much praise and how they uplift one player after one season

I would say Karl Anthony Towns for who people are high on but will turn off of.

They guy has had 20+ points for 7 years with good field goal percentages from 2 and 3 along with decent rebounds. I think the part that exposes him is his +/- ratings that show him to be an empty stat guy. The guy has a plus 579 point differential in a career lasting almost a decade and 371 of that is from 2017-2018 with the one year Butler played their. The last year he was elibable 2021-2022, he was 22nd in the league in ESPN real plus/minus.

Dude isn't a bad player by any stretch, but stop calling him a superstar. He gets injured constantly and isn't close to a dominant level player with the numbers showing it. He isn't reliable health wise and isn't dominant when he is. I think his reputation is far better than his court performance. Wolves would be smart to trade him while the perception of his value is this high
