How to blackstamp my head in street-level images?

I just purchased an Insta360 X4 to create street-level images for Mapillary & Panoramax and took my first pictures with it. As much as I love my hair, I don't really want to see it in street pictures.

In other users' images, I often see a black circle or something similar where a head would normally be. Unfortunately, I couldn't find anything quickly: Which image editing tool that can edit 360-degree images can I use to put a black stamp on my head before uploading the images?

Not sure how to do it although I know people who do usually use a script. You might find some information on the (French but English friendly) forum where panoramaxians meet : https://forum.geocommuns.fr/
