I sold my omega speedmaster last week through chrono24. I sold it at reasonable price as needed a quick sale. Now the buyer is saying they want to return it, as it losing too much time. How do I know they have changed any parts of the watch if I do accept the return?.

Yes you could possibly get a watch back that was abused for parts or worse
