Mitchell absolutely wants to play for a big market team. There’s nothing wrong with that, but I think he’ll stay in Cleveland if the money is right.

Cavs can offer more than other teams though and the team that he wants to go to might not have the cap space to offer him a max deal which means a sign and trade would have to happen.
