I think I've come a long way in my watch collecting journey since the start of the pandemic. At first, I started out small and just had a Timex with various nato straps. Then I branched out and got my first automatic which was a Tissot Swissmatic and it kind of snowballed from there. After buying several different types and brands, I've more honed in on style and have my collection narrowed down to just these three. (OK, I do have a few more, but these are the only ones getting any wrist time.)
From right to left:
The Casioak is a great watch. When I want something to throw on and forget I'm wearing it regardless of what I'm doing, this is a great choice.
Tissot PRX 35mm is really fun. I bought this probably 5 days before they announce the gold in an automatic. But for this model, I'm really fine with it being quartz. The waffle dial doesn't really do it for me.
Rolex Explorer 36mm - I went back and forth betweej wanting this and a Sub. After trying on both several times, I decided to get the Explorer because of the smaller size (and price tag). For awhile I had even considered a vintage Datejust, but a black dial on a metal bracelet will always look good to me and I don't regret the purchase one bit.
Only thing now is to figure out what to put in the last slot. Honestly, if it's not a vintage Omega Constellation, I'd be surprised.
Anyways, I really enjoy this sub. Thanks and happy collecting!
You could hardly be doing it righter
