I already submitted a support ticket for this, but I was curious to see if anyone else ran into this problem:

Just received my AMD board order, and the board swap went great, except for I cannot get the new Wi-Fi card to work properly (or the old AX210 I was using either). I had already installed the Wi-Fi driver per the instructions on the support page, and I installed the full driver bundle once the board was swapped, and while Bluetooth connections work just fine, the Wi-Fi adapter is nowhere to be found. It doesn't appear in the Network Connetions control panel, it doesn't appear at all in the Device Manager. There was some visible damage to the RZ616 card in shipping (I can provide pictures as needed) in that the metal shielding on top of the card was dented slightly, so I swapped back in the Intel AX210 I was using previously, as other users have stated that they have that card working as well. Same results: Bluetooth works just fine, but no Wi-Fi adapter is present anywhere.

At this point, I wondered if it was software. I have tried a clean Windows 11 install with the driver bundle, and I have tried a Debian install as well. Same results. Any other steps I should take?

A bit stumped other than maybe the board I got was DOA for wi-fi? Wired network adapters work fine.

Not directly related... but when I received my DYI 12-Gen I never tested the camera module. I had an need to use the webcam a few weeks later and it doesn't work.. nor does it show up as being part of the system. Since then I had to replace the main board and still it doesn't show up. At this point I feel like my camera module was DOA.

Just wanted to say I think it is a good idea to test evertthing when we receive it ensure proper functionality. Nothing against Framework things do happen.
