I'm getting this error on signal but no more info. How can I find what this is about? Why can't I see the logs that it will submit without actually submitting them? (discuss.tchncs.de)

saw the same a couple days ago - turns out I had a pending update for the app

i've seen it 2 or 3 times during last week, but not sure if there was any update that should had happened between that and now, since now there is not anything pending
