I can totally understand this, especially when you get big enough to call the shots on what you work on. The actors seem to have to be everywhere in the media nowadays selling access to their lives in order to sell the movie. Now of course you could say that's why they get paid as much as they do. Maybe actors should start taking a hefty pay cut to not have to do the media circuit?

Or if youre going to propose radical things no studio exec would ever agree to:

We do more small budget actually-indie films that only get promoted after they come out?
