But then neither does China. Is what I'm saying.
By the Chinese definition of it, it's very close.
For China it was 95%
Neither country gives you free insurance unless you're old or poor enough.
Ok but your not speaking to a Chinese, but to a Canadian, so don't make me laugh any harder than you already have or I'll need to go see a doctor for free.
I’m Estonian, I unfortunately can’t say it’s free, as it costs 5 euros per visit for ER and specialty doctors and 2.50 per night stayed in hospital if you have surgery or something.
