It's a handball. The ball changes direction, they show a still of the ball clearly connecting with his arm. HOW THE FUCK is this given?

I can’t tell if you’re being sarcastic or not. This does help the PGMOL/FA as at the end of the season it will just play into their “wrong calls balance out in the course of the season” narrative which, they may presume, lessens the importance of them getting calls right. Is that what you mean?
