It's a bad fake. A good fake would need a look at the movement inside for comparison, but there are a number of external features on this one that give it away, making a look inside unnecessary.

1. Plastic wrap on the bracelet is a dead giveaway that it was manufactured in some no-name counterfeiting factory, not Rolex.
2. Cyclops over the date is not 2.5x, though it might be about 2x.
3. The text and the alignment of the indices and the markers on the right half of the dial are not precise/perfect (note that the indices don't line up exactly down the middle with the markers for 10, 20, and 25); Rolex would not sell a watch with such noticeable imperfections. The "Swiss Made" marking at 6 o'clock is also obviously asymmetric, while a legitimate Rolex would have that text sized/spaced out such that the two words would appear to take up the same amount of space.
