Cant install an OS on new laptop 13 Ryzen 7040 (alien.top)

I plug in my windows 10 installer, click to install the 64 bit version and it freezes. been stuck like this for 5 hours. I have also tried to install Ubuntu and Kali both of whch have had the same issues of being stuck on this screen.

UPDATE: Now the screen wont turn on

FWIW, I found that changing the BIOS setting for "iGPU Configuration UMA mode" to "UMA_GAME_OPTIMIZED" away from the auto default improved stability and got rid of the occasional screen blanking and freezing I was seeing on my 7840. Your problem sounds more severe than what I was seeing, but it may be worth a quick try before sending it back if you can get the thing to start up again.
