Hi all

I've an opportunity to pick up the Orient President Gen 1 baton hands blue dial, in the condition as per the pic, for about USD200. No box or papers.

Based on the pics I would need to put in a new crystal, and to have the hour and minute hand cleaned.

Just wondering what people's thoughts on whether this is a good purchase considering the work to be done?

One of the all time best models orient has ever produced so no question yes get it

Very very rare occasion where a homage is kind of okay because it's just so damn good
