Yeah, I got one from the VA in email form. The Hatch Act is dead I guess.

The Hatch Act is a U.S. federal law enacted in 1939 that restricts the political activities of federal employees and some state and local government workers connected to federally funded programs. Its main purpose is to ensure that federal programs are administered in a nonpartisan manner and to protect employees from political coercion in the workplace.

That's the one. I learned about it in basic training. It's why troops aren't supposed to wear their uniforms to political events.

That has zero teeth for any administration. The worst punishment is firing. Not sure how you fire the POTUS with shitty people in Congress
