If you don't think religion has deep roots in capitalist or at least greedy nonsense, you have issues. Maybe you have a belief in such nonsense blinding you here.
Take a step back and see the whole, big, evil picture.
Lol, that's a conspiracy theory. Need big fucking evidence for that. "Just look at the big picture" ain't evidence.
People like things, power gets you things, people with power will use that power to get more things. Kind of doesn't matter where the power comes from.
If you're thinking deeper than that, you need more supporting evidence.
