I noticed from another post that there are many with technical coding skills looking to match extra income, but don’t know how.

On the flip side, I’d love to hire some coders for freelance for a wage I can afford and you would be happy with.

So, testing the waters to see what is out there.

I have been sitting on many ideas for years because I don’t have 30-50k to drop on an app.

I continually generate new ideas.

Open to numerous different pay types/partnerships/etc

Hey full stack developer here. I generally don't charge per hour because I believe that dis-incentives efficient working and I love working efficiently. I will do everything from prototyping , app design to building front end , backend , GitHub CD/CI and automations, to deployment. I recently built like an app for selling events, and birthday itinerary for less than $5K (everything included from idea to deployment) and that guy loves me and gives me more project. Also I ask for payment as and when I build features , so you pay per stage in development journey so you know how much you are paying for what. If you are interested I can share you some of my work and we can talk on this.
