My rm2 is in the post but have been thinking about spending > £100 on the pen.

Are there any alternatives.

I see on Amazon that Lamy do a nice E-pen

My use will principally be for medical note taking.

I have been using the Amazon Scribe premium pen and i have had 0 issues. I'm pretty happy with it, it has the premium features for almost half the cost of the official non-premium pen.
