I thought it was fake because pregnant women avoid Sushi usually.

Most sushi places will offer basic Americanized asian dishes or non-fish rolls, though. I'm allergic to fish (not shellfish), but there's always something I can eat when I go to sushi restaurants with my wife.

Yeah that's why I said usually. Even if they don't offer other types of dishes there are always advocado and California rolls.

My wife loves sushi, but refused to go when she was pregnant because she thought it would be too tempting to not order something good. It was like the first place we went when we got a babysitter after my kid was born.

Just keep in mind that the imitation crab is made from fish too.

Yeah, it gets old having to ask restaurants if their crab is real or imitation.

Depends on the location, but generally entrees over $20 are real.
