Hi there fellow entrepreneurs!

I'm kinda pivoting my business for connecting worldwide workers with companies and struggling with figuring out what value to provide for companies.

I was wondering if you'd be willing to share what are your biggest problems when hiring ?

Especially if you're outsourcing or hiring workforce from different country (but I'm also happy to hear what problems with hiring are you facing in general, doesn't have to be necessarily this niche).

What kind of service or software do you think would really help you out with that problem ?

Zoomers gen z that is. They just don’t want to work. They think they do. They want the job and then they want lots of time off, to be tardy and can’t seem to take initiative.

honestly my worst teammates is a gen x/millenial who is just like "i don't want to raise others expectations" and im like yo are you even hitting bare minimum expectations rn?
