Iv noticed everybody in school blamed Eric for being fat and having to do extra PE lessons. But nobody blamed any of the fat kids like Henrietta or Heidi.

Why did Eric get all the blame yet nobody else batted an eye towards the other fat kids?

Because the dude with the results specifically said "one student" brought them down, so they figured it was him.
