Ways to Generate Income for my 5k+ Sub YT Channel (alien.top)

Been running my channel for over 3 years now and recently had a massive surge in growth and channel now sits at about 5.5k and growing at around 100 per day.

It's kind of in the self-development niche but rather than me offering advice like every other channel in the same niche, I'm sharing my experiences of what I've been doing to develop myself.

Channel is obviously now monetised but it will be a long time before I can replace my 9-5 income off of that.

I would love to give this more time and energy and I'm wondering if you had any suggestions on how I can monetise my audience?

There's patreon but I'd prefer to feel like I was giving something in exchange for their money and again, I don't think it would be job-replacing income.

The other thing I've thought about is some kind of life-coaching/accountability. Never done it professionally but I've always been told I'm great with advice and communication.

Can you think of any other ways I might be able to monetise my audience?
