What's the model?

Hey guys I need you all

It's my first time ever being here on reddit and askin/writing something.

Long story short, my father bought this baby 30 years ago thus he does not know much about it.

We would like to know the model and whether it is real or not.

Adjusted for inflation and with the current Rolex hype this must be worth twice it's original price.

So about 12$.
