I've been trying to get this Marketplace going and it's been wrecking my mental health.

These 2-sided marketplaces are hard!

I've been focusing on the supply side which doesn't seem to be working. There are a few VC backed competitors with better tech.

I've been doing a lot of content marketing to try to get demand side.

It isn't working...

I'm wondering when people call it quits with a marketplace?

The tricky thing about a marketplace is you have to double your outreach / marketing efforts to get both sides of the equation going. I have a client who is using an affiliate program for organic growth and it’s been working well them.
