There’s lots of them. Some are probably more legit then others.
But it’s a bit of a never ending war. You don’t “eventually win” by having the service for a while. If you lapse on using it new brokers just spin up with that data.
For phone spam specifically you might look into using a google voice number or something similar listed on your resume or used when applying. After initial contact is made you might follow up with something scheduled on your main line. Another option is spam apps on your phone.
