I tried the "Dbox" experience where the seat moves in a normal movie theater.
It was annoying as fuck and not immersive, in fact I turned off the feature for the last half of the movie.
I also have tried the full 4d like you describe with water, wind, movement etc. It was more like a ride with a short 15 or 20 minute movie. It had way more seat movement, which helped make it more enjoyable, but a full length movie like that would be exhausting.
