You can frame it however you want. The fact is he’s standing in front of the car, and the lady floors it anyway. Put this in front of a court and it’s assault on an officer with a deadly weapon 10/10 times. Broken foot or ninja roll out of the way, it’s assault. And cops shoot when assaulted.

People used it for police because they seized goods and people.
They were literally copping people, so people called them cops.
