Hard to tell from the image quality but it looks like he could be wearing something like Meta Glasses that record and display info, good reminder that if you are going to interact with these goons you should always expect they could be filming you.
So if I ever go to USA for some reason, and I see these guys, I just start stripping?
Do not come to the USA until we've gotten rid of these guys.
Or the federal government has collapsed. Probably won't be able to get rid of many of them in that situation, they strike me as record burners.
