Personally I’ve watched the series every now and then, but not enough to know every single episode.

So frankly I was curious on what people thought was the most diabolical joke/ skit they’ve ever done. considering this series has tons of them, I’ll probably get a good chuckle from the best ones

I always felt a little uncomfortable when they would rip on people who didn’t do anything objectively wrong. Like Jon Benet Ramsey or Sarah Jessica Parker. I was mostly uncomfortable that I found the jokes super funny. I think they always teeter on the edge of going to far, which is what makes the show so awesome.
