I’m a newbie and I’m thinking about diving into the world of Ecom. I’m looking at things like. Selling some shirts with Amazon, on Displate, Etsy, things like that.

Before any of these start producing money, do I need to start an LLC first for taxes?

Yes, I know these are beginners questions, but I want to hear what people who actually know about these things have to say or think.

my whole business is creating online businesses. I have a holding company controls the other entities. Entity 1 is my development business all new sites start here after then generate a certain threshold they get their own (S corp or LLC). Just start building and treat turning it into a formal business once your reach $X as a goal.
