Shit coaching? He has Bill Belichick and Bill O'Brien. He's awful, you should watch him play sometimes. NFL fandom has gone insane with this belief that QB play is completely predicated on the context around them, it's like it's impossible to analyze performance.

Coaching has been bad

WRs still struggling at routes and techniques. Not running their routes to the sticks on 3rd down when they're suppose to, not chipping properly off the line, etc. Special teams has been a mess for two years in a row. Offensive line has been horrendous and a flag factory. Defense has been shit at tackling and has contestant gaffes of communication in the secondary leading to big plays on busted coverage.
