I tried it, man. The agent doesn’t exist on the website even when following instructions from the pre-recorded instructions at the now unmanned helpdesk number.
Currently waiting to be let into the discord chat. Hope that pushes this forward. EDIT: It did not. I remain in circular hell.
Call their customer support. I realize they don't publish a number, but you can often go in a round about way through any phone number they have. Any time you hit a computer voice, ask for an agent or mash 0. You are going to lose hours of your life doing this though.
The real suggestion: Stop giving Ubisoft money, cut your losses, and use a storefont that doesn't actively hate you, like Steam and GOG.
I called the number. It has no options but to listen to a pre-recorded message, which directs me to their website.
The place they want me to click (“it’s highlighted in blue!”) doesn’t exist, especially not in blue.
Ah yes, I now see the problem. Ubisoft.
Sorry bro, I literally don't know what other options there are besides cutting your losses and moving on.
