The rate of injuries all over Europe is out of control right now, and then you factor in how the transfer prices for reinforcements just keep going up. It's a bubble and very concerning.
No wonder everyone has thin squads when it costs so much just to get a viable starting 11, who then get over played.
Yep - for all the shit Chelsea and United get (rightfully) for underperforming, there's only so much that you can do when you're missing basically an entire team's worth of players.
For a good few weeks, Chelsea and Manchester United could put out an "out XI" that was better than their starting XI...
I wish it were just a good few weeks for Chelsea. :(
Tbf, we're out of it a good bit. Just Lavia, Nkunku, Chilly, Chalobah, Chukwuemeka and Fofana out longterm, although Nkunku is almost back
Trev is getting sold anyway.
Just
That's still half of a starting lineup though.

3 players isn’t half,
Lavia
Nkunku
Chilwell
Chalobah
Chukwuemeka
Fofana
6 Players is over half a starting XI
I'll believe the Nkunku returning in November news if it happens. Almost every injury we have goes on longer than expected and now he's supposed to be back two months early, I have my doubts.
Nah nkunku was always said to be back in December. I will never forget that
