CONGRESS has the "power of the purse". I don't care what Republicans ignore, or what the Supreme Court lets him get away with, that's literally in the Constitution. PRESIDENT TRUMP CAN'T UNILATERALLY DECIDE TARIFFS!
The president can impose tariffs if imports threaten national security. He cited fentanyl, and therefore its a tiny threat, which its not stipulated how severe it need to be.
