Basically the title, I got an idea of an in my country completly unknown chocolate bar with different specialities in it.

How high is the initial investment required for something like this?

Don't give your recipe away or too much information.

Can you try to do trial runs at home first? Then get taste tests from family, friends and even the public? Then slowly as you learn etc start to produce.
