Doesn't sound like any trebuchet I've ever heard of. Also plague riddled corpses work better, although they might be hard to come by nowadays.

You'll pretty much just be a corpse, not sure what You'll accomplish. Seems a better idea to launch a bomb, or a rock.
Metal canister filled with shit and piss will work just fine too.
While we are busy building some older contraptions used in times long past: perhaps might we add an additional favorite of the french revolutionaries?
