13/52 has been thoroughly debunked for reasons like:

It's made up bullshit in the first place.

All you're actually doing, even if you meant well, is spreading the idea that it was ever true in the first place.

Honestly, this particular dogwhistle is so old the dumbfucks using it don't even remember what it was originally lying about, and a lot of them moved on to 13/90 which is even more bullshit.
