I have a pretty specific ask here, but I'm turning up very little on the internet and hoping someone has a recommendation.

Does anyone know of any good, new manual wind pocket watches? Tissot makes a few, but they have, in my opinion, fairly gaudy cases and I was strongly considering the Hamilton Railroad Pocket Watch, but that also had an obnoxious case back that I didn't particularly care for.

Anything else that I find online is of dubious origin/ has questionable movements or looks like it was designed in a Steampunk fever dream.

If I'm missing something, I'd love to hear it because otherwise, I guess I'll have to start looking at vintage, which isn't my first choice (there aren't a ton of great watchmakers in my area, so any potential service would be a hassle, plus I do want something new, not just new to me)

Thanks!

RGM could be a possibility. They've made custom pocket watches before.

Epos makes pocket watches as well. But I think they might be pretty much the definition of what you don't like. As they're mostly skeletonized and/or have have a see through caseback.

Aside from that they only other brands that come to mind are the likes of Patek, Vacheron and Bovet. Not exactly affordable.
