Your GPT will get lost in the flood of tools being added to a standard directory.

So, I’m building one with controls to help you promote your GPT and get more traffic.

My bet is that this will become more important once GPTs start to generate revenue.

Listing is free. But you can standout by choosing add-ons.

This will include features like pinning to the home page, highlighted posts, featuring in newsletters and more. Possibly social features at a later date.

Would love to hear thoughts on the idea!?

In other words, you created an AI tool directory. There is a new one posted here almost every week. And as such, I don't really get your "don't get lost in the noise" pitch. How is this AI tool directory somehow different or better than all the rest?

From the user's point of view, yours is more difficult to use. There is no search feature and there are no clickable tags. Nor is there any kind of filtering or even sorting.

And the actual listing of the tools looks visually dull, because there are no icons anywhere except for the "featured" ones. And there is no transparency as to how does one become featured.

Thanks for your feedback. All valid points and things to take on board.

Exactly the sort of feedback I’m looking for.

Also, worth stating this is by no means a complete solution. It’s an idea and something launched in under 24 hours that I will look to iterate on.
