Was nice to see Martial actually run and press and he still had some nice hold up play when he came on, but was still concerning to see Hojlund holding his hamstring I don't want to go back to relying on Martial for any extended period of time

Martial generally can do that. The question is for how long, either due to injury or laziness.

Everytime he does good, an injury comes out of nowhere and takes him out. Then when he does come back, we are either in a injury crisis or Rashford takes over
