It's in one of the elevators in my apartment building. I guess the LA is the Los Angeles "logo", but no idea what the she and t is, tried searching "shelat" but that doesn't really give any results other than it's an indian name.

No.. but is that a KONE branded security screw for an elevator?
Edit: Yes it is, here's the tool for it. Interesting.
Haha, yes it is! The whole building was fully renovated a couple of years ago and is super nice now, I always read the KONE info stickers when I'm in the elevators (there are three of them, two small and one big).
