If you look across the pond there are already areas (think CA and FL) where people are being dropped by their insurers and can only find coverage from an “insurer of last resort”.
It’s going to be a hell of a ride…
It's happening here (France) as well. Insurer have cancelled their contract with some cities because it would be to expansive to do what they are paid for...
