I’m 17 and running a window washing business in Minnesota. I’m looking to target commercial clients however i need general liability insurance. I’ve been told that I need to be 18 by an insurance agent. So my question is how do I manage to form and LLC and get general liability insurance at the age of 17. (Forming an LLC at 17 in MN is illegal) Any help would be fantastic

You would need someone of age to sign the LLC agreement for you. Being under 18, you can't sign into a legally binding agreement.
