Embrace failure as a stepping stone to success, understanding that each setback is an opportunity to learn, grow and refine your approach.
Learning to embrace failure is probably one of the hardest things to learn
Honestly it's become a joy for me in my business this year as I attemptes to on board 4 different artists and ended up "firing" them each because they didn't meet my needs for a variety of reasons. This means I spent an extra year + executing a task aka a failure each time an artist did not workout but since finding the artist that works seamlessly with my vision I am grateful for all those failures and now I just see failures as me firing anything that isn't in alignment with my core intention/vision.
