Rereading the story, I'm not sure where ethics were broken here. Seems like a waste of news space Imo.

What information do you feel is missing?

Appointed government officials are not allowed to influence hiring

The ministry staff were pressured by Fox to hire her friend

Genuinely would love to know why this is not enough information.
