I am lost, for context, I am a young guy who is really interested in starting a business, however, documents and all the legality kind of scare me away, for context, I live in a small country with less than 5M population, so it isn't as easy as Googling information, so far I have managed to learn a thing or two about taxes for micro businesses, but I feel kind of overwhelmed by the rest of the stuff, any tips?

focus on making sale first some states in the US have annual fees to start a business and they will charge you money when you file a LLC for example.

Go to local government building or municipalities its different for all countries.
