I dont find it brutal at all. That episode is in my top 5 all time. It's Matt and Trey at their best imo. Taking a huge shot at the NCAA and making a point that is very accurate imo. And doing it in such an over the top manner that is outrageous and offensive but also kind of the way it is in principle at least.

The scene with Cartman in the AD office asking how he gets away with not paying his slaves is maybe my favorite South Park clip ever. Top 5 for sure.

Some mighty fine looking workers ya have heyar? I'm willing to give you 40 for the whites and 50 for the blacks. Student ath-o-letes? Oh, that's brilliant, sir.
