Anticipating and attempting to capture the medical expenses of boomers is a large part of why CVS and Walgreens have spent the last couple decades trying to occupy andy halfway decent corner in the US.

They spent an entire lifetime living an extremely unhealthy lifestyle. On Jan 6th 5 people died at the capital... and 3 were from natural causes!

I work in med device--you'd be shocked how many in upper management think this will work and are pushing for it. Regulations? Quality assurance? What for?
