This is why most reactionaries desperately cling to the idea that what they’re experiencing is secretly socialism. They literally do the joke “socialism is when bad thing happens” to circle the square.
"But with socialized medicine there will be government death panels deciding who does or doesn't get life saving care."
We literally have corporate death panels at insurance companies deciding who does or doesn't get life saving care. Hell, most of the time its not even a panel. Its one sleazy sadistic doctor who is paid lots of money to deny everything he can.
