I am lost, for context, I am a young guy who is really interested in starting a business, however, documents and all the legality kind of scare me away, for context, I live in a small country with less than 5M population, so it isn't as easy as Googling information, so far I have managed to learn a thing or two about taxes for micro businesses, but I feel kind of overwhelmed by the rest of the stuff, any tips?

That seems fair haha, but I kinda feel awkward about asking them “dumb” questions :D, I will try to get some funds and hire them I guess, thanks!

Think your questions through thoroughly, write them down, continue to think on them and research for another few days or a week, add to/better your question list and then hire a lawyer. They are expensive and no BS, meaning there is never a reason to add any casualties of conversation or emotion into a convo with a lawyer. Straight to the point is best. Also, many lawyers offer free consultations so you can see if they can even meet your needs- during this consultation you can practice asking these questions (and begin dissolving the made up idea that your questions are dumb) and start to get more clear on exactly what type of legal advice you need. It took me a year to even understand what questions to ask and to become clear on different business terms like nexus, exclusive copyright vs non exclusive, LLC taxed as an S corp, registered agent, virtual business address. etc. Keep reading and watching yt vids and soon enough your brain will begin to honestly and confidently grasp these new business-specific terms.
