When people compare Haliburton to Fox they really don't realize how Haliburton is a negative defender and Fox forces you to play with %110 of yourself to beat him, lazy passes won't work, lazy dribbling won't work, you need to run every single second on the court to hope to defend him.
To be fair, a lot of what you said he only unlocked in the last couple of years. We knew what he could be but it did take a solid 4, 5 years for him to start manipulating the pace of the game to his advantage.
